Masaria Investments S.A.U. has been renamed Tendam Brands S.A.U.
Madrid, 06 June 2018 – “Masaria Investments SAU, the holding company of Tendam, formerly Grupo Cortefiel, has been renamed Tendam Brands S.A.U. The group, a leading international fashion retailer, trades from 2,000 stores in 90 countries under the brands Cortefiel, Pedro del Hierro, Women’secret, Springfield and Fifty.
Tendam Brands S.A.U. is the issuer of the €275,000,000 5% fixed rate senior secured notes and 325,000,000 floating rate senior secured notes due 2024 and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.”
