Cortefiel, Pedro del Hierro, Springfield, Women’secret and Fifty will increase their online capabilities and offer customers free delivery and extended return periods.

Tendam, one of Europe’s leading fashion retailers operating in the specialised chain store segment through the Cortefiel, Pedro del Hierro, Springfield, Women’secret and Fifty brands, has announced the closure of its brands’ stores in the Community of Madrid, the Basque Country and La Rioja as of tomorrow, 14 March (inclusive). The decision has been made in order to protect employees, customers and to reduce the possible spread of the Covid-19.

The online stores of the Cortefiel, Pedro del Hierro, Springfield, Women’secret and Fifty brands will remain fully operational. The brands will increase their online shopping services, offering free delivery and an extension of the return period to up to 60 days.

Here at Tendam, we are confident that the measures being adopted by companies, as well as those of the general public and local, regional and state authorities will contribute to improving the situation as early as possible.

In the meantime, Tendam will follow the instructions and recommendations issued by the pertinent authorities.
